ZERO SPAM TOLERANCE... This is a top priority.
The Plug-In Profit Rotator maintains a ZERO SPAM TOLERANCE policy. We hate spam with a passion, and anyone suspecting that a Plug-In Profit Rotator account holder has sent them email that they did not request, is urged to notify us immediately by clicking here to contact the owner of this site, Ron Hutton.
All Plug-In Profit Rotator members unequivacally agree to never use their Plug-In Profit Rotator URL in any fashion as part of SPAM email. Reports of suspected spamming activities may result in a member's account being suspended until the issue is fully investigated. If a member is found to have participated in spamming email activities, their Plug-In Profit Rotator account will be immediately and permanently discontinued. No membership dues will be refunded.
NO TRAFFIC EXCHANGES
Plug-In Profit Rotator accounts MAY NOT be used for rotating website links for traffic exchange programs such as start page programs, exit traffic exchanges, etc. These programs offer little, if any, value to you and place a very heavy burden on our servers.
Copyright and Restrictions on Use of Online Materials
All Online Materials found on the Plug-In Profit URL Rotator site, including, without limitation, text, software, names, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, images, photos, illustrations, audio clips, video clips, and music are copyrighted intellectual property. All rights of usage
are owned and controlled by Plug-In Profit Rotator and Breakaway Marketing. You may not copy, post, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit or distribute Online Materials in any way or for any commercial purpose without prior permission. Neither may you misrepresent, delete, add, or distort any content on the Plug-in Profit Rotator site. Membership Requirements
To maintain a membership with Plug-In Profit Rotator, you must meet the following requirements and Plug-In Profit Rotator reserves the right to terminate the membership of anyone who fails to meet these requirements on an ongoing basis:
1. Free members may only sign up once and maintain one membership. Each account is limited to only one individual and only one e-mail address. Any individual found to be maintaining multiple free accounts will be subject to cancellation of all such accounts.
2. All Plug-In Profit Rotator member-users must provide valid contact (email address) information
and may not impersonate or misrepresent your identity. Plug-In Profit Rotator reserves
its rights under the laws to terminate any and all accounts, and associated membership,
containing untruthful information for which you are responsible.
3. Your Plug-In Profit Rotator User name / Member ID, password, and account are personal to you and are non-transferable. You may not allow anyone else to use your password or account;
you may not use anyone else's password or account. You are responsible for
keeping your password secret. Plug-In Profit Rotator is not liable for any loss or damages
caused by any disclosure of your password or account. You may only create an
account for yourself and may not establish an account on behalf of anyone else.
4. You may cancel Your Membership at any time by contacting the owners of Plug-In Profit Rotator at http://www.pluginprofitrotator.com/contact.html. If you decide to cancel your membership and later wish to re-enroll, you will be assigned a new account.
5. To the full extent allowed by applicable law, Plug-In Profit Rotator at its sole discretion
and for any or no reason may refuse to accept applications for membership and may
terminate any Members without prior notice for good cause, particularly including,
but not limited to: (a) any violation of any provision of this Membership Agreement;
(b) aiding in or promoting circumvention of the Service; (c) acting against the
business interests or reputation of Plug-In Profit Rotator; (d) otherwise acting in a
severely or substantially unlawful manner in relationship to Plug-In Profit Rotator, the
Plug-In Profit Rotator Web site or the Service; (e) material breach of our anti-spamming
policy; or (f) any other reason at the discretion of Plug-In Profit Rotator.
6. If your account is terminated by Plug-In Profit Rotator, you may not re-enroll or join
under a new account unless formally invited to do so by Plug-In Profit Rotator.
7. Plug-In Profit Rotator may terminate a member's account if no activity has occurred in
such account for six (6) consecutive months.
8. HTML
The member acknowledges that participation in any service that requires modification to the member's web site is optional. The member may not use any HTML or other languages to deliver a Plug-In Profit Rotator image or Plug-In Profit Rotator Internet address except that language (or code) is provided by Plug-In Profit Rotator and is used unmodified.
9. Free Member Login Usernames and Passwords
Membership dues are not required of Plug-In Profit Rotator members who are also GoThrive Online Ezine subscribers. Subscribers to GoThrive Online Ezine are granted access to a free "standard" account. Access to the log-in page for free members is password protected. The "Username" and "Password" is provided initially via email, and subsequently in Ron Hutton's GoThrive Online electronic newsletter as username / password changes are made. Members are responsible for maintaining records of current usernames and passwords.
10. Membership Dues
If the Plug-In Profit Rotator member chooses to participate in optional premium fee-based services, the membership fee must be paid in advance to maintain continuous service.
11. Risk and Liability
Plug-In Profit Rotator member-users agree to participate at his/her own risk
and agrees NOT to hold Plug-In Profit Rotator, its administrators, partners, employees, or
sponsors liable for any damage or loss of information that may occur from the use of
Plug-In Profit Rotator services. The member agrees to defend, indemnify and hold the
Plug-In Profit Rotator Network harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liability
costs and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys' fees) arising from the
member's violation of this Agreement or any third-party's rights, including but not
limited to infringement of any copyright, violation of any proprietary right and
invasion of any privacy rights. This obligation will survive any termination of this
Agreement.
Links to Other Site
We sometimes provide referrals to and links to other World Wide Web sites from our site. Such a link should not be seen as an endorsement, approval or agreement with any information or resources offered at sites you can access through our site. If in doubt, always check the Uniform
Resource Locator (URL) address provided in your WWW browser to see if you are still in a Plug-In Profit Rotator -operated site or have moved to another site.
